UBUNTALISM GLOBAL is a Pan African Civil Society Organization which believes that capitalism can serve humanity not just profits. Our mission is to make capitalism more humane, inclusive, and just by addressing the systemic imbalances that leave vulnerable and poor communities.
The Proa-active front which focuses on empowerment for participation
We support marginalized individuals and communities with the knowledge, awareness, tools, training, and opportunities they need to actively participate in the free market economy. Through entrepreneurship support, vocational education, access to capital, and policy advocacy, we help people move from the margins to meaningful economic inclusion.
The reactive front which focuses on mitigating and preventing harm caused by capitalism
This is about designing and implementing programs that alleviate the negative social and environmental impacts of unregulated or extractive capitalist practices. These include initiatives that promote fair labor standards, environmental sustainability, corporate accountability, and social safety nets.
