Inclusive Business Development and Support Program (IBDSP)

While the free-market economy offers opportunities for wealth creation and innovation, it often excludes the poor and vulnerable due to structural barriers such as lack of capital, skills, networks, and access to information. As a result, these populations remain trapped in cycles of dependency and poverty, unable to compete on fair terms.
This program is designed to bridge that gap by enabling marginalized individuals to initiate, develop, and sustain viable businesses that enhance their income, resilience, and dignity while promoting more inclusive and equitable market systems.

Program Goal

To empower poor and vulnerable individuals and communities to effectively participate in the free market economy through comprehensive support for business initiation, development, and growth.

Objectives

Expected Outcomes

  • Increased number of viable small and micro-enterprises among poor and vulnerable groups.
  • Enhanced income, self-reliance, and social mobility for program beneficiaries.
  • Improved integration of marginalized entrepreneurs into local and regional markets.
  • Strengthened local economies and reduced inequality through inclusive business growth.
